Smart Service' advanced speech recognition technology.

The first thing you'll hear is: 

"Welcome to TrustPower, for Electricity Faults - press 1, for Phone Faults - press 2, For Internet Faults - press 3, for all other enquiries - please press 4"

When you press 4, you'll get 'Smart Service' and then you can make your choices by speaking.

You have the following options to choose from, just say:

5. It's nice to know who is on your property

Our Meter Readers will arrive in signwritten TrustPower vehicles and will be wearing an easy to recognise TrustPower uniform.
