Access
Access to this site is provided on an individual user grant basis via the provision of individual user names and passwords. The user agrees to:

Not permit any other person to use their assigned user password
Not disclose their assigned user password or provide to any other person including work colleagues
Take reasonable care when accessing the site to ensure the assigned user password is not disclosed to any other person, in particular ensuring you are not observed whilst entering your password.
Treat the information presented by the site in a manner consistent with TrustPower's policies relating to confidential information.

TrustPower provides and maintains user names and passwords at its sole discretion to selected contracted customers by individual agreement with such customer.

Licence Expiry
User grants and their accompanying passwords expire annually, or to the end of the user’s supply contract with TrustPower, whichever is the shorter (in certain circumstances a longer licence expiry period may be negotiated with TrustPower). To continue using the site at the end of such period, users are required to renew their user grants. A subscription fee is usually payable.

Termination
TrustPower reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel activities of any user grants without limitation. Under such circumstances users will no longer be able to access the site.

Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise specified, the content on this site has been prepared in accordance with New Zealand law for the supply of products and services to persons resident in New Zealand only. The content of this website and any contracts formed with TrustPower arising out of this site are governed by New Zealand law and New Zealand Courts have jurisdiction.
