The service is provided free of charge and you can phone or write to us with your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within the industry standard of 2 working days, and endeavour to resolve your complaint within 20 days.
If however you feel your complaint is not getting the response it deserves from us, you can refer it to the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner. TrustPower is a member of the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission, which is an independent organisation that specialises in resolving electricity and gas complaints in a fair and equitable manner, at no cost to you.
