If you feel your complaint has not been resolved properly by Trustpower, you can contact the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner. The Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission is an independent organisation that specialises in resolving complaints in a fair way, at no cost to the customer. Trustpower is a member of the commission.
