Simply use the ‘Change your plan’ tool to add power, gas, internet and/or phone to your existing plan. You’ll need to meet conditions such as having no overdue or outstanding amounts and having an acceptable credit rating. You can also change your existing internet and/or phone plan from here.

To make changes, the first step is to register for online services, or let us know if you're already registered. To register, you need to enter the exact name that is on your account, and the account number.
When you've done this, you'll be asked some questions. It only takes a few moments, before you can get on to making changes to suit you.
