To make a complaint about our service, please call or write to our Customer Resolution Office. Your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days and we endeavour to resolve complaints within 20 working days. There is no charge for this service.

Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved properly by Trustpower, you can contact the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner. The Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner is an independent organisation that specialises in resolving complaints in a fair way, at no cost to the customer. Trustpower is a member of the commission.

Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR)

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved by Trustpower, you can contact the TDR. The TDR is a free and independent service that specializes in resolving telecommunication complaints in a fair way. Trustpower is a member of the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution Scheme.
